Food Dye Allergies

Are you suffering from allergies? You are certainly not alone. There are millions of people with the same problem. Symptoms can include headaches, diarrhea, runny nose, coughing, itchy eyes, hives, rash, iitchy scalp, sinus, rhinitis, stuffy nose, wheezing, sleeplessness, and countless other miserable symptoms which interfere with the quality of life. Faced with such a desperate situation, people spend endless time, energy, and money, hoping to find a treatment which will give them their lives back, including over-the-counter medications, or even shots. (The latter is certainly not a preferable choice).

Some of the allergies people have are chocolate, latex, food, pollen, mildew, as well as grass, peanuts, wheat, lactose, dander, dust, perfume, cosmetics, soap, detergent, hair dye, mold, medicines, cats, dogs, ferrets, and second-hand smoke. This is just a sampling, the list is endless. Some people seek temporary relief with a saline nasal spray. There are many over-the-counter and prescription medications said to relieve allergies. Many people resist these medications because of their side effects, and prefer a more natural treatment.

* Do you stay up late at night with anxiety and frustration over your allergies?
* Do you take prescription drugs and get little or no relief?
* Are your airways always dry, itchy and in discomfort, from the side effects of taking chemicals and drugs?
* Do you avoid getting out in the world due to your allergies?
* Does your life revolve around your allergy condition?
* Do you find yourself always hiding in your home, while other people are out enjoying their lives?

Those suffering from food allergies often even resort to listing every food they eat within a twenty-four hour period, hoping to find the cause of their problem. If symptoms are not too severe, many people do not realize how serious, and occasionally life-threatening allergies can be. Sometimes common medical treatments make the allergies worse, or have side effects which are more unpleasant than the allergy itself and are more serious. Finding relief can be a continual physical and emotional battle.
